With over 30 years in hospitality and deep ties to Provincetown, Vince brings a strong connection to the community and a real focus on service as the restaurant enters its next chapter.
M. Joe Johnston III, Director of Operations
Joe oversees operations for the partnership, with more than 21 years of restaurant management experience, much of it in Provincetown. His approach is steady, focused, and grounded in doing things the right way.
